Ted Piccone

Bio:

Ted Piccone, Senior Fellow and Charles Robinson Chair in Foreign Policy at the Brookings Institution, is the author of Five Rising Democracies and the Fate of the International Liberal Order (2016). He previously served in senior foreign policy positions in the Clinton Administration and as Executive Director of the Democracy Coalition Project.  He is an advisor to the Club de Madrid and an adjunct professor at the American University Washington College of Law.  Piccone is an honors graduate of Columbia University School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania.
