Sebastian Paulo

Bio:

Sebastian Paulo is a Fellow at Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in New Delhi. His
research focuses on international development cooperation, global governance and India’s
role as a global development partner. Before joining ORF, Mr. Paulo worked for think tanks
in Europe, including the German Development Institute and the OECD Development Centre,
and taught seminars at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po). Mr. Paulo holds
Master’s degrees in political science with specialisations in international relations from
Sciences Po Paris and the College of Europe in Bruges.
