Kashish Parpiani

Bio:

Kashish Parpiani is a Research Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation in Mumbai. His research interests include U.S. Grand Strategy, U.S. Civil-Military Relations, and U.S. Foreign Policy in the Indo-Pacific. Kashish holds post graduate degrees (MSc.) in International Relations from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (NTU, Singapore) and (MA.) in the United States’ Foreign Policy from the University of Warwick (U.K.). Beyond ORF, Kashish has been published at the Institute for National Security Studies (Israel), the Centre for Asia and Globalisation (Singapore), the Times of Israel (Israel), and the Rising Powers in Global Governance Project (Turkey). He has presented papers at international conferences organised by the Shanghai University and the International Studies Association (ISA)
